Monte goat ŽUPSKI goat cheese aged in brine is cut into slices and is usually white to pale yellow with natural edible rind. It has a mild and spicy scent. Consistency of the cheese is slightly elastic, similar to trappista cheese.

It is suitable for cutting and serving on plates as a cold appetizer in combination with beef and pork prosciutto and olives. It is used for spicy sandwiches.

It is exceptional for preparation of “FONDUE” in combination with other Monte Goat cheeses.
